Shipping and Returns
You have a 30-day return policy from receipt. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. In case of errors or wrong items, we cover the return shipping – otherwise, you pay for it yourself. Contact us at info@lavosie.com for return instructions. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.
We offer free delivery throughout Denmark & the United Kingdom.
