How long should I wait for my order?
Order processing usually takes 0–2 business days, depending on the number of orders.
After this, your product will be shipped, and delivery should take place within approximately 3–5 business days.

Can I return my order?
We offer a 30-day return period during which the customer can return the package without giving any reason.

I have not received any order confirmation. What should I do?
After you have placed your order, you will receive an email with a confirmation.
The message contains your order number (at least 5 digits), an overview of the order, and the delivery address.
